The organization of the award is up to the u-institute and the Competence Centre Cultural and Creative Economy on federal level. Conveyor is the initiative Cultural and Creative Industries of the Federal Government of Germany.<\/p>\n<p>The Cultural and Creative Pilots Germany break new ground with their business ideas. They are founders, freelancers and self-employed persons who take imagination and entrepreneurship of their professional future into their own hands. Mit der Spr\u00fchdose als zentrales Medium gestalten sie farbengewaltige Gem\u00e4lde auf Hausfassaden und Mauern sowie in Galerien.\n\n3Steps wurde im Herbst 1998 gegr\u00fcndet. Aus dem klassischen Graffiti des New Yorker Stylewriting heraus entwickelte sich ihr Stil schnell zu gro\u00dfformativen Wandgeschichten. Seither finden sich ihre Arbeiten auf dem gesamten Globus, von Gie\u00dfen und Wetzlar aus \u00fcber M\u00fcnchen und Berlin bis nach London, Mailand, Venedig, L. A. und New York.\n\nNach Abschluss ihres Hochschulstudiums mit Diplom und preisgekr\u00f6nter Promotion widmet sich 3Steps seit 2012 neuen inhaltlichen Themen. In ihrer Atelierwerkstatt fertigen die drei Freunde k\u00fcnstlerische Unikate, Editionen und exklusive Produkte. In ihren aktuellen Werken thematisiert 3Steps eine zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfe Reflexion der heutigen Welt, welche durch wechselnde Umwelten aus Realit\u00e4t, Fiktion, Medien und Wunschwelten gepr\u00e4gt ist. Die K\u00fcnstler bringen dies durch farbintensive Bildwelten zum Ausdruck, in denen \u00c4sthetik und Glamour auf Urbanes und Abenteuer treffen. Die Kunst von 3Steps interveniert im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum und sprengt geschlossene R\u00e4ume.\n\n\u201e<strong>Wir alle sind getrieben von unseren Tr\u00e4umen, W\u00fcnschen und Bed\u00fcrfnissen. Unsere Bilder und Werke sind eine Reflexion jener. Diese sollen den Menschen helfen ihre eigenen zu finden.<\/strong>\u201c\n\n3Steps sind zudem Gr\u00fcnder einer Kreativ-Agentur und Initiatoren des internationalen Kulturfestivals River Tales | Flussgeschichten. Das mehrfach gef\u00f6rderte Projekt hat das Ziel einer Neugestaltung von Stadt, Land und Fluss durch urbane Mural &amp; Street Art. Seit 2012 haben in ersten Projektepisoden internationale K\u00fcnstler entlang des Flusses Lahn in Mittelhessen \u00fcber 1200 Quadratmeter Beton und Fassaden gestaltet.
